Job Description:

Mirchi seeks a skilled Event Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through the sales of its event properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, ideating new events, and building strong client relationships.

About the Role:

The successful Event Sales Manager will work closely with the execution manager to ensure delivery and collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance. They will interact with various external stakeholders, including clients, ad agencies, and execution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue for partner properties and events

• Ideate and conceptualize new events and properties aligned with market opportunities

• Align client requirements with relevant properties to provide integrated solutions

• Ensure incremental business from new client acquisition

• BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS TO ANTICIPATE CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

• Ensure 100% collections as per stipulated timelines

• Provide all documentation related to the event to the finance team in a timely manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in an events background and possess strong communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can ideate and conceptualize new events and properties aligned with market opportunities.
