Your Role:
As an Event Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in our on-site promotional activities and sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
• Setting Up On-Site Promotional Displays: Prepare and arrange eye-catching promotional displays at various locations to attract customer attention and showcase products.
• Engaging with Customers On-Site: Actively interact with customers on-site, providing information about promotions, products, and services, and addressing inquiries.
• Conducting Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of products through on-site demonstrations to encourage customer interest and purchases.
• Assisting with Sales Transactions: Support the sales process by guiding customers through the purchase journey, handling transactions, and processing payments.
• Maintaining On-Site Visual Merchandising: Ensure that promotional displays and merchandising follow brand guidelines and remain well-maintained.
• Coordinating On-Site Events and Activities: Assist in organizing and executing on-site promotional events, sales campaigns, and special activities to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver excellent on-site customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
• Collaborating with Team Members On-Site: Work closely with the retail team and other colleagues to coordinate on-site promotions and align efforts for successful outcomes.
• Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers on-site.
