We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of various events that drive our business objectives. As the Event Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their event needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all aspects of the events run smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients for events.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations.
• Manage the logistics of events, including venue selection, catering, and staffing.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients to secure event contracts.
• Assist in the budgeting process for events and track financial performance.
• Monitor event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in event planning or sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
