Key Responsibilities:
Assist in client meetings, understanding their event needs & providing expert recommendations.
Showcase designs, venue-specific setups, and provide detailed quotations.
Finalize event details with clients and ensure a seamless booking experience.
Assist clients on the event day to ensure smooth execution.
Identify and suggest rental props, décor, and equipment that can be rented to other event vendors to generate business.
Requirements:
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Experience in sales, event planning, or hospitality is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple clients & events efficiently.
A proactive mindset with attention to detail.
