Job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Surprise Planner, a leading event management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales for corporate events, weddings, private parties, and other event services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the event management industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, individuals, and agencies.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored event solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
Collaborate with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry trade show
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in event management, hospitality, or related fields.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills and ability to close deals.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and securing business.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
