Job Description
- **Sales Experience**:Proven experience in a targeted sales environment, ideally with some event or venue experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation and Sales**:Proactively seeking out new leads, pitching event packages, and negotiating contracts.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:Collaborating with internal teams (catering, AV, etc.) and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- **Sales Strategy and Reporting**:Developing and implementing sales strategies, tracking performance, and analyzing sales data.
- **Communication and Negotiation**:Communicating effectively with clients, negotiating contracts, and managing expectations.
