Teamwork Communications Group is a leading organization in delivering impactful events, conferences, and industry-leading gatherings that connect professionals, thought leaders, and innovators. We are currently seeking a Sales Executive for Event Sales, Delegate Sales, and Conference Sales to drive growth, attract delegates, and secure sponsors for our conferences and events.

What You’ll Do:
Delegate Sales:
• Generate and qualify new leads to drive delegate registrations for Teamwork’s high-profile conferences and industry events.
• Develop personalized sales pitches and strategies to convert prospects into confirmed delegates, ensuring a full event experience.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new delegates, offering tailored packages and event information to boost attendance.
• Maintain up-to-date records of delegate engagement and follow up proactively to meet sales targets.
Sponsorship & Exhibitor Sales:
• Identify and sell sponsorship packages, exhibitor spaces, and strategic partnerships to companies and organizations within various industries.
• Create compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure the delivery of agreed-upon benefits for sponsors and exhibitors.
• Build long-lasting relationships with sponsors, providing excellent customer service and seeking opportunities for upselling and renewals.
Event Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work closely with the event management and marketing teams to align sales goals with the strategic objectives of each conference.
• Provide input on event strategies, speaker selection, and content curation to ensure the event meets both delegate and sponsor expectations.
• Assist in the promotion of events, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and direct engagement with key stakeholders.
Client Management & Post-Event Follow-Up:
• Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors and delegates before, during, and after events.
• Gather feedback from attendees and sponsors to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement in future events.
• Maintain strong post-event engagement, nurturing relationships and positioning Teamwork’s events as the go-to industry platform.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in event sales, delegate sales, or conference sales. Background in B2B sales is a plus.
• Sales Drive: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience or interest in the events industry is desirable, especially within corporate, technology, or professional services sectors.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level decision-makers.
• Customer-Focused: Strong relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on delivering value to clients, sponsors, and delegates.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management platforms.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while maintaining focus on deadlines and client satisfaction.
