Client Data: Finding client data and pitching them, lead generation
Planning: Planning the event from start to finish, including generating ideas, designing the theme, and coordinating with vendors
Managing: Managing the event budget, logistics, and venues, as well as audio and virtual event companies
Negotiating: Negotiating sponsorships and contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers
Marketing: Putting together event marketing plans
Evaluating: Evaluating the success of the event, gathering feedback, and making recommendations for improvement
Communicating: Communicating well with clients, vendors, and team members
Organizing: Managing multiple tasks, coordinating logistics, and keeping track of deadlines
Event managers are responsible for the entire event lifecycle, from conception to execution. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as be skilled in project management.
