Creative Antenna is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales
Manager who will drive revenue and maximize sales opportunities for IPs
and events organized by the company

Role and Responsibilities:
• Create and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell event
spaces, sponsorship, ground properties and packages to potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads,
conducting market research, networking, and building relationships with
potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high
levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Respond to client
inquiries, provide information about event offerings, and offer customized
solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure bookings and ensure the
profitability of events.
• Collaborate with event planning teams to coordinate and plan events
according to client requirements and preferences and ensure smooth
execution of events delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide input on
event planning, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and other sales-related aspects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive
landscape within the media events industry.
Conduct market research and
analysis to identify new target markets, opportunities for business growth,
potential partnerships, and revenue streams.
Background and Experience:
• You have a Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a
related field.
• You have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the Events/ Media/
Entertainment industry.
Experience in selling event spaces, IPs and
sponsorship is a must.
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent verbal
and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• You demonstrate the ability to understand and meet customer needs,
provide exceptional customer service, and build long-term relationships.
• You are organised and can manage multiple projects simultaneously,
meeting deadlines, and prioritising tasks effectively.
• You are a problem-solver and have decision-making abilities.
• You have an aptitude for analysing situations, identifying challenges, and
finding creative solutions to meet client requirements.
• You have knowledge of the event industry and are familiar with event
planning, logistics, and management.
Understanding of different types of
event trends, and customer preferences.
• You are proficient in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
