We’re looking for our very first Events Sales Manager to come and join our gang over at Ritorno lounge to drive the sales bookings for our events space the Caraboo Room, reporting to the Operations Manager for Lounge.
The role in a nutshell:
You’ll be the face of Ritorno Lounge when it comes to event planning and bookings for the site. You’ll be all over driving sales through getting out there spreading the word across Bristol with local businesses, to rubbing shoulders with third party providers, and being a dab hand at marketing. As part of this role, you will be responsible for being the front and back of house link to the event by operationally supporting on the day of the event.
Whether someone is looking to book a special occasion, a meeting or host a local community event, you will manage the end-to-end process from taking the enquiry to helping run the event on the day. You’ll be on it in getting to know the local community as well as responding to all queries, managing pre-booked sales, generating leads and ensuring every customer leaves happy.. because that is what we do!
Where & when?
This a full time, permanent role based at Ritorno lounge, Harbourside. We roll our sleeves up and get stuck in at Lounge, and we also don’t do the whole 9 – 5 Monday to Friday gig, so flexibility in your working hours and days is key.
About the event space:
The Caraboo Room is perfect for shindigs of all kinds. The space features a private bar, space for a DJ, and plenty of space for a good ol’ knees up which is perfect for our customers to bring their closest friends, family or colleagues to party away in their own private room overlooking one of Bristol’s most iconic spots – the beloved Harbourside!
