Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at TeamWork India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting our workshop services. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role is based in Gurugram with flexibility for work from home.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of the corporate training industry
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
