• Coordinate logistics, catering, audiovisual, and other services required for the event.

• Budget Management:

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

• Monitor expenses and adjust plans as needed to stay within budget.

• Event Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.

• Leverage social media and networking to generate leads and increase event attendance.

• Reporting and Analysis:

• Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

• Analyze data to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.

• Customer Service:

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction before, during, and after events.

• Address any issues or concerns promptly to enhance the client experience.

• Networking:
