Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales Manager at Planet Jashn. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for event planning, sales activities, communication with clients, and coordinating private events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships to secure event bookings.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Event Planning Collaboration: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure client needs are met.
Lead Management: Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (email, calls, networking events, etc.).
Proposal Development: Prepare customized event proposals and presentations for clients.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to remain ahead in the market.
Post-Event Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service quality.
Qualifications
Event Planning and Event Management skills
Sales and Communication abilities
Experience in organizing Private Events
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Knowledge of party industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field (preferred).
