Role Description
The Event Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role located in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include planning, organizing, and managing events such as corporate parties, trade shows, and brand promotions while fostering strong client relationships and driving sales. This position involves developing sales strategies, managing private event bookings, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring the successful execution of each event. The role requires exceptional communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to design, organize, and execute successful events.
• Strong Sales skills to develop strategies, drive growth, and achieve sales targets for event-focused services.
• Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
• Experience managing Private Events such as corporate functions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Additional experience in customer relationship management and team collaboration is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility for both in-office and remote tasks.
