Day-to-day responsibilities (what you’ll actually do)
You’ll spend your shift working face-to-face with customers at event-style setups.
Arrive, check in, and set up the event table/booth: signage, materials, demo space, and compliance items
Start the day with a quick team huddle: goals, messaging, scripts, target audience, and event strategy
Approach and engage customers in a professional, friendly way (no sitting behind a table waiting)
Use customer service and hospitality skills to build trust quickly and create a great guest experience
Deliver a clear brand presentation: explain the offer, benefits, and next steps in simple language
Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs and guide them to the best option
Support sales by driving conversions, assisting with enrollment/interest steps (as applicable), and helping customers feel confident moving forward
Capture accurate customer details for lead generation and follow-up (when required)
Handle objections with professionalism, using provided coaching and sales training
Keep your area clean, organized, and on-brand—your setup reflects the client
Track basic activity: conversations, leads, and outcomes so leadership can coach and improve performance
Close out the event: breakdown, inventory check, quick recap of results and opportunities to improve

Great experience to have (not required)
Hospitality, restaurant, server, bartender, host, hotel, concierge, guest services, retail, retail sales, cashier, customer support, call center, event staff, brand ambassador, field marketing, direct marketing, or entry-level sales.
Pay: $715.00 - $1,400.00 per week
