Job Overview
As an Event Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through the sale of event services and packages. You will work to prospect new business, generate leads and work closely with clients to provide tailored solutions. Your goal will be to build a strong pipeline of clients, achieve sales targets, and enhance the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads via cold-calling, email communication and social media outreach.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Use market insights to inform sales strategies and enhance service offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a B2B sales role including lead generation and new business prospecting
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
