Responsibilities
We are seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute national and regional events while supporting the broader marketing team in Napa, California
Plan, budget, and manage logistics for national tradeshows and marketing events
Maintain event checklists, setup instructions, and documentation
Track events in the marketing calendar and manage event-related inventory
Coordinate sample products, supplies, and point-of-sale (POS) materials
Handle event collateral updates, including recipe cards and signage
Organize lead imports, pre/post-event mailings, and correspondence
Prepare event reports, tracking ROI for tradeshows, sponsorships, and product donations
Assist with team travel bookings and participate in events as needed
Manage social media updates and post-event email communications
General Marketing Support (20%)
Process sample requests for marketing partners and events
Update and maintain POS materials, sales documentation, and SOPs
Manage department shared drive organization and archiving
Support email blasts, website maintenance, and marketing content updates
Assist with brand ambassador program logistics and Salesforce lead imports
Provide customer service support, including answering calls
Occasionally visit local markets to represent the brand
Execute miscellaneous marketing projects as assigned

Qualifications:
• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Salesforce, MyEmma, HTML, WordPress, and Google Analytics is a plus.
