Senior Sales Executive
· Resilience and hunger to close new business sales with a min. 3 years sales experience, ideally within the events / conferences sector
· Track record of regularly hitting sales performance & daily activity KPI’s
• Proven track record of selling to bellwether clients at a senior level, experience of working with an international client base is preferable.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual sales target is a key requirement.
Responsibilities
· New Business Development: The role will require the hunger to drive new business and identify / approach / convert sales from India across the Sourcing portfolio
• Grow international new business revenue through self-sourcing leads and responding to inbound enquiries in a timely manner.
• Successfully achieve sales / revenue targets and performance objectives
• Be knowledgeable about the market, customers, competitors, and products to sell solutions to customers effectively.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, call management and lead generation.
• Self-source leads by networking at industry conferences and meetings, Hyve Group events, and competitor shows, or through online research.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams e.g., Marketing, Content and Operations, to ensure a smooth event delivery which meets client expectations and ROI.
• Deliver Market Plans: Ability to map the opportunities within a region and be able to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver them.
