The Mandate
We are seeking a sophisticated and results-oriented Head of Enterprise Sales to spearhead our market expansion. This is a high-visibility role requiring a unique blend of strategic diplomacy, existing high-level corporate relationships, and an understanding of the luxury value proposition. You will be responsible for institutionalizing the Luxe Venue Standard across India’s largest conglomerates.
Strategic Responsibilities
• Institutional Client Acquisition: Architect and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to onboard Tier-1 corporate accounts (e.g., Reliance, Tata, HDFC) within a structured 90-day framework.Pipeline Engineering: Develop and qualify an annual event value (AEV) pipeline exceeding ₹150Cr, ensuring a consistent conversion rate through data-driven sales methodologies.
• CXO Advisory: Serve as a strategic consultant to CMOs, Procurement Heads, and Admin Leads, articulating how LuxeVenue.ai solves systemic pain points such as time-drain and lack of pricing transparency.
• Global Hospitality Alliances: Negotiate and manage high-level partnerships with elite hotel groups including Taj, Oberoi, and Marriott to secure exclusive inventory and preferential protocols.
• Product Evangelism: Demonstrate the ROI of Luxe Venue's tech stack, specifically our VR-based venue selection and AI-driven budget modeling, to drive digital transformation in corporate planning.
Candidate Profile
• Experience: 5–10 years of demonstrable success in Enterprise Sales, Luxury Hospitality, or High-Value MICE management.
• Network: An active portfolio of CXO and decision-maker contacts within the Indian corporate landscape.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of the "white-glove" service standard and the complexities of multi-city corporate event logistics.
• Commitment: Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, onsite environment (6 days per week) dedicated to rapid scaling and operational excellence.
