Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment through surveillance, monitoring, and enforcing security protocols. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents. Prior experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory.
Duties
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety.
Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV to observe activity and identify potential security threats.
Enforce loss prevention measures by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when necessary.
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
Control access points by verifying credentials of visitors and employees.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
Experience
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or surveillance is advantageous but not required.
Knowledge of CCTV operation, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies is preferred.
Strong observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious activity quickly.
Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately.
