Job Description
Event Executive plans organizes and executes events such as conferences weddings and corporate gatherings managing logistics budgeting vendor relationships and on-site activities to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with event objectives. Key responsibilities include sourcing venues coordinating with suppliers managing project tasks to stay on schedule and budget troubleshooting issues and collaborating with internal teams to achieve event goals and enhance attendee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning:
Develop and manage event projects from conception to completion ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Budget Management:
Create and oversee budgets reporting on spending and ensuring events remain financially viable.
Vendor & Venue Coordination:
Source and negotiate with venues suppliers caterers and other service providers acting as a liaison to ensure all requirements are met.
Logistics Management:
Handle all logistical aspects including transportation accommodation and on-site setup to ensure the smooth operation of events.
Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams clients and vendors facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the planning process.
On-site Execution:
Manage event day activities supervising staff and volunteers to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Problem-Solving:
Address challenges and make quick decisions to resolve issues that may arise during an event.
Reporting & Analysis:
