We are seeking a dependable and motivated Event Setup Associate to join our team. This physically active role involves preparing, loading, assembling, and dismantling equipment for a variety of events. Ideal candidates are team players with a strong work ethic and comfort working indoors, outdoors, and in warehouse settings.
Responsibilities
Load and unload event rental equipment
Set up and take down tents, tables, chairs, and other event gear at client locations
Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment
Operate basic hand and power tools for assembly/disassembly
Follow setup instructions and floor plans accurately
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
Communicate clearly with team members and clients
Perform basic inventory checks and report damages or losses
Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Basic familiarity with warehouse practices and tools
Able to read and write in English
Transportation from our company location to job sites is provided
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in at least one of the following areas:
Warehousing or logistics
Restaurant or food service
Retail operations
Customer service
Compensation & Benefits
