About the Role
We are hiring a Crew Lead / Driver to lead small teams delivering and setting up inflatable attractions at events across the GTA. This role involves driving company vehicles, managing setup crews, and ensuring events run smoothly. Leadership position with opportunity for returning seasonal staff to grow into operations roles.
Responsibilities
· Drive company truck and trailer to event locations
· Lead crew in safe setup and teardown of inflatables and rental equipment
· Load, unload and store equipment at company facilities
· Communicate with clients at event sites
· Ensure equipment is secured and operating safely
· Maintain professionalism and represent the company
Requirements
· Valid Ontario driver's license with clean abstract
· Experience leading small teams preferred
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs
· Strong reliability and problem solving
· Weekend availability
Bonus: End-of-season bonus available for employees who maintain reliable attendance and complete the full season.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
