Job description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in corporate events business development, with a strong understanding of the MICE market and a solid network of corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of new and existing corporate clients.
About the Role:
• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive business growth strategy for the corporate events division.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR teams, and admin departments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capture them.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless event delivery and exceed client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipeline, and post-event feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience in corporate events business development, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the MICE market and a solid network of corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
