Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand objectives and event narratives
• Design spatial experiences, layouts, and guest journeys for events and corporate environments
• Integrate Indian art forms, crafts, and cultural elements into contemporary design concepts
• Create mood boards, references, and visual presentations to communicate ideas clearly
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and artisans/vendors to bring concepts to life
• Ensure consistency in storytelling, aesthetics, and brand identity across all touchpoints
• Explore innovative materials, installations, and cultural expressions in design
• Oversee execution to ensure quality, detailing, and design intent are maintained
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Some understanding in Design, Interior Design, or related field
• Strong understanding of spatial design, experiential design, and storytelling
• Awareness and appreciation of Indian arts, crafts, and cultural narratives
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to balance creativity with practical execution
