In this role, you will manage on-ground partnership activations, forge brand partnerships, and curate exciting events to keep our brand engaged and at the forefront of the health and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Ground Planning Activation :
• Plan, execute, and oversee on-ground activation events and campaigns in collaboration with partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
Partnership Development:
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners to enhance Shyft's brand presence in the health and wellness sector.
• Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that align with Shyft's brand goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver successful activation projects.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of relevant experience in partnership management and on-ground activation.
• A genuine interest in the health and fitness industry is a must.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
