What is AFL Gather Round?
Gather Round is a massive, four-day "Festival of Footy" where all 18 AFL clubs descend on South Australia for a single round of matches. Returning for its fourth year from April 9th–12th, 2026, the event transforms Adelaide and the Barossa Valley into a hub of world-class sport, live entertainment, and community activations.
With over 250,000 fans expected, it’s one of the biggest dates on the Australian sporting calendar.

About the Role
Join the SNAP/SNAP team. We are looking for high-energy, reliable individuals to join our crew for the 2026 Gather Round activation.
If you love events, technology, and engaging with people, this is for you. We are hiring for multiple roles, including Booth Brand Ambassadors and Event Set-up Crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engage & Hype: Interact with attendees and create a high-energy atmosphere around our activations.
Customer Service: Provide top-tier service while managing attendee flow.
Tech & Logistics: Assist with the setup and pack-down of our photobooth equipment (Set-up crew only).
Brand Representation: Professionally represent our partners and the Snap/Snap brand.
Teamwork: Work closely with our Software Leads and Managers to ensure a "well-oiled machine" delivery.
What We’re Looking For
High Energy: You’re a natural "people person" who thrives in fast-paced crowds.
Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to hustle.
Confidence: You are a clear communicator who isn't afraid to strike up a conversation.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with basic technology (iPads/Apps).
Availability: Must be available for the full duration of the Gather Round dates.
ABN: Must have ABN or be willing to obtain.
