About the Role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Event Supervisor to support and oversee our event operations. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example on the ground, supporting a team of representatives while driving performance and delivering a positive customer experience at live events.
This position suits someone with a background in sales, promotions, or events who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of event-based sales representatives.
Lead from the front by actively engaging at events.
Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets.
Coach, motivate, and provide feedback to team members to improve results.
Ensure events are set up and run smoothly and professionally.
Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.
Report performance and feedback to senior management.
Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in sales, events, promotions, or customer-facing roles.
Some leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred (not essential).
Strong communication and people skills.
Target-driven mindset with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
Well-organised and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
