Duration::12 months contract

Rate::$30/hr on W2

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Events Tech Team Junior Coordinator to join our Event Experiences team. Primary responsibilities will include support for Experiential activations, Tradeshows, and Virtual Events.

Responsibilities

o General support of the technical team on potential upcoming activations

o General organizational support of the team with systems troubleshooting.

o Support with systems testing.

o Support with inventory organization, documentation and event planning support.

o Support with team systems innovation.

o Staffing support at events managed and produced with the aid of the technical team.

Experience:

o 1-3 years’ related experience in events/production

o General Technical Aptitude

o High level of attention to detail

o High level of information management and general organizational skills

o Interest and curiosity regarding technical troubleshooting and problem solving

o Working knowledge of both Mac and Windows OS

o Previous events/production experience is a plus

o Comfortable with Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint

o Computer Networking knowledge is a plus
