Job Title: Event Ticket Coordinator

The Event Ticket Coordinator will be part of a team responsible for the administrative and technical duties related to the ticket management of concerts and family events held at the Amalie Arena, Yuengling Center, and Raymond James Stadium. This position will ensure excellent, efficient, and professional ticketing and sales services for both Amalie Arena and the Yuengling Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup of concerts and family events on Ticketmaster's Host and Archtics Systems

Work with Event Booking and Marketing on scaling and preshow set up

Work with show promoters on setup

Direct communication with various promoter and tour representatives

Prepare all settlement reports on event night

Prepare daily sales reports and deposits

Balance all sales and cash receipts on a daily basis

Handle customer service issues on event nights

Process incoming promoter and internal requests for events and shows

Oversee all ticket delivery (mobile, print and mail/will call) for events

Participate in organizational and department personal development activities

Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required

1 - 2 years' experience working in ticket operations

Ticketmaster and Archtics experience required

Excellent customer service skills and organizational skills

Ability to appropriately handle confidential matters and information

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail, excellent planning skills and ability to meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with their team and business partners

Ability to work long hours, weekends and holidays while prioritizing multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment

Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Ability and willingness to work at Amalie Arena, Yuengling Center, Raymond James Stadium, and other venues.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on the changing priorities of the department

Working Conditions:

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in office and arena environment that can be exciting, loud and distracting

This is an onsite role; flexibility to work a minority of time remotely.

Ability to work extended hours including late nights, holidays, and weekends as needed

Ability to lift/carry/move up to 25lbs

Ability to work in cold/hot indoor and outdoor temperatures

Ability to work in areas that can become crowded with equipment and/or people

Ability to move comfortable throughout the arena with minimal accommodations

Ability to work comfortable around special effects including, but not limited to: haze, strobe lights, lasers, etc.
