About the Role

As an Account Manager in our Event & Venue vertical, you’ll be the face of Premium Parking at top-tier venues, managing all aspects of parking operations and ensuring seamless service for our clients and guests. You will work closely with venue management, sports teams, entertainment partners, and our operations team to optimize parking logistics and elevate the guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Event Coordination: Partnering with venue teams to coordinate event day parking plans, including staffing, signage, and traffic flow.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with venue clients, sports teams, and entertainment partners to understand their needs and deliver top-notch service.
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring that every aspect of parking operations runs smoothly, from entry to exit, and quickly addressing any issues that arise.
• Revenue Growth: Developing strategies to maximize parking revenue and drive additional revenue opportunities at the venue.
• Team Leadership: Leading, training, and inspiring on-site teams to deliver exceptional guest service.

What We’re Looking For
• Passion for Entertainment and Sports: You live and breathe events—whether it’s a concert, festival, or game, you thrive on the excitement that comes with live experiences.
• Proven Experience: 2+ years in account management, operations, or events management roles. Experience in the sports and entertainment industry is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams effectively and handle high-pressure situations with a cool head.
• Customer-Focused Mindset: You understand that the details matter and strive to create exceptional experiences for guests.
• Flexibility and Travel: Willingness to travel and adapt to different locations and venues as needs arise.
