Job Description
What you'll be doing:
• Attend events around the country and act as the boots-on-the-ground coordinator for all event logistics
• Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and on-site coordination
• Manage lead generation and qualification processes at events, utilizing HubSpot to track and nurture leads
• Conduct post-event analysis to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align event goals with overall business objectives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new event opportunities

Requirements
• Experience with the Construction industry is preferred
• 3+ years event management experience, with a B2B-specific experience a plus
• Proficiency using HubSpot
• Willingness to travel
