Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events & Client Coordinator to join our team at Ideaworks Integrated Pvt. Ltd. — a leading event and production company with in-house audio, video, and LED setup solutions. This role is ideal for a fresher who enjoys coordination, communication, and working with data and client proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients for event details and requirements
Prepare client proposals, budgets, and quotations in Excel
Communicate with internal teams for sound, light, LED, and video setups
Assist in managing event logistics and vendor coordination
Support the team during on-ground event setup and execution
Maintain proper records of client communication, proposals, and reports
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Excel and basic computer knowledge
Organized and attentive to detail
Team player with a positive and learning attitude
Interest in events, production, and client servicing
Qualification:
Graduate in any field (Event Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
