Job Description
Graystone Group is supporting a global cybersecurity firm seeking a high-energy Marketing & Partner Programs Coordinator to help drive its global marketing engine, channel ecosystem, and Critical Services go-to-market strategy. This role manages MDF programs, executes partner-led campaigns, and coordinates major cybersecurity events. The ideal candidate has experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
MDF & Partner Programs
• Manage MDF planning, submissions, tracking, analytics, and claims.
• Execute joint partner campaigns, webinars, workshops, and co-sell motions.
• Support Partner Alliance Managers with co-branded collateral, case studies, briefs, and newsletters.
• Maintain an MDF calendar tied to sales goals and key service offerings.
• Track ROI and build dashboards for MDF-supported activities.
Event Coordination
• Support major events such as RSA, Black Hat, Billington Cyber, FS-ISAC, CANSEC, and GITEX.
• Coordinate partner events across OEMs, distributors, and strategic services partners.
• Manage logistics including venues, vendors, travel, registration, budgets, and on-site execution.
• Ensure brand consistency across all event materials.
Marketing Execution
• Assist with multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, partner-led).
• Update website pages related to services, case studies, and partnerships.
• Draft social content, newsletters, partner updates, and event communications.
• Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Align with Sales on ICPs and pipeline needs.
• Support Critical Services offerings with marketing materials.
• Work with Alliance, Delivery, and Technical teams to translate capabilities into collateral.
• Assist executives with speaking engagements and high-visibility campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in cybersecurity, IT services, or channel/partner marketing.
• Experience managing MDF programs preferred.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Salesforce/Dynamics, or Google Analytics.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage events end-to-end and collaborate across global teams.
