We are seeking an Events and Sponsorship Specialist who will be responsible for supporting the Sponsorship & Events Manager to deliver internal and external Steadfast Group sponsorships and events in all markets in which it operates.



RESPONSIBILITIES



Coordinate event management requirements for Steadfast events
Delivering value to our brokers by coordinating events, programs and activities from end-to-end.
Co-ordinate and liaise with speakers
Organise and send invites, co-ordinate marketing collateral and update websites.
Manage all venue requirements
Co-ordinate the preparation of event materials
Reconcile event orders and final invoicing
Manage components of the annual Steadfast Convention, such as social functions, onsite branding, assist with sponsor and exhibitor queries.
Assist the Sponsorship & Events Manager to leverage sponsorships via internal and external channels.
Arrange the production and development of merchandise and Steadfast Group banners.
Attend to other events management, sponsorship and marketing tasks as required by the Team.


ABOUT YOU



Event management or marketing certificate qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, events or sponsorship.
Excellent administration skills with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Knowledge of the EventsAir system
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
