Events Architect and Creatives
Location: CR Park, New Delhi

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Wedding Decor Designer and Event Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mood Boards and Design Concepts:
• Create inspiring mood boards for wedding decor that capture the vision and theme of each event.
• Design wedding invites, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance the overall wedding experience.
• Develop 3D design renderings and mood boards for decor setups, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Social Media and Marketing:
• Design banners, posts, and other marketing materials for social media platforms to promote our services and showcase past events.
• Event Layout and Execution:
• Create detailed 2D layouts for event setups, including floor plans and seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with vendors to discuss budgets, negotiate prices, and finalize design elements.
• Supervise and execute on-site event setups, ensuring all decor elements are in place and up to the highest standards.
• Oversee the completion of decor installations, managing the team and ensuring timelines are met.
• Vendor Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring the best quality and prices.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of all decor elements.
• On-Site Coordination:
• Manage the execution of events on site, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure all design elements are executed flawlessly, maintaining the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in wedding decor design and event coordination.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
