Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, including conferences, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
• Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rental.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the event are arranged efficiently.
• Assist in managing event budgets and tracking expenses.
• Support the setup and breakdown of events on-site.
• Handle attendee registration, RSVP lists, and other event-related tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees during events.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful event execution.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior event coordination experience is preferred but not required.
