We’re rebuilding and growing our events and fundraising program, and we’re looking for an Events Coordinator who loves turning ideas into well‑run, meaningful events.
If you’re organised, detail‑driven, and enjoy working across teams to deliver great experiences—from planning through to pack‑down—this could be a great fit.
About the role
You’ll coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of corporate, fundraising and signature events.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with our CFO and Finance Transformation Specialist, helping make sure events are well planned, well run, and well tracked.
You’ll be trusted to own logistics, keep things moving, and make sure every event delivers value for our supporters and stakeholders.
✅ What you’ll be doing
Planning and delivering corporate and fundraising events from start to finish
Managing logistics like venues, suppliers, run sheets, timelines and guest lists
Working with internal teams and external partners to create great event experiences
Supporting event sponsorships and making sure benefits are delivered
Helping with event communications, materials and briefings
Tracking budgets, income and outcomes so we know what’s working
Keeping data accurate and events compliant with fundraising requirements

About you

Experience coordinating events (non‑profit or corporate)
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Confidence juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfort working with budgets, data or reports
A collaborative, can‑do attitude and clear communication style
