Join our Rapport team as a Maternity Cover Events Coordinator at our client's offices in Watford! As a leader in off-price apparel and home fashion, our client offers an exciting environment where you will manage office space utilisation and liaise with the Front of House and Concierge teams, ensuring exceptional service for all stakeholders.

Type of contract: Full-time, Maternity Cover (10-months FTC)

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility as per business needs)

Additional benefits: Free car parking

Ideal start date: 3rd of December 2026

Main Responsibilities
• Planning and managing events from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to communicate event requirements effectively
• Building sustainable relationships with stakeholders for seamless event planning
• Managing bookings in meeting spaces, ensuring adequate team coverage
• Fostering a customer-focused service by communicating regularly with the Client
• Assisting in developing succession plans for long-term business growth
• Producing monthly and ad-hoc reports on service usage and issues
• Ensuring compliance with service level agreements and maintain operational support during peak periods
