What You’ll Be Doing:
Community Vibes:
- Engage in meaningful conversations within our exclusive Gen Z groups—discuss what’s trending and what matters to you.
- Build and nurture relationships with colleges across India to enhance our campaigns.
Content Creation:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and share insights on social media trends.
- Collaborate with our content team to create engaging content for our community.
Event Magic:
- Assist in planning and executing memorable events online and offline.
- Curate the event, plug-in the brand, and execute it.
Feedback Guru:
- Gather feedback from our community to understand what’s working and what’s not.
- Compile feedback reports to help us continually improve.
Who You Are:
- You have strong communication skills (or decent ones—we’re here to help you improve).
- You are familiar with social media and online communities.
- Basic data skills are a plus (if not, we’ll teach you).
Bonus Points If:
- You have experience in community management.
- You understand the value of building communities.
- You excel at solving problems.
