About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented, high-energy Events Engagement Manager to drive business impact and maximize ROI through world-class events. Your primary role will be to work closely with Marketing, Sales and other teams to drive engagement and conversion pre- and post-event. Secondarily, you will be asked to lead event logistics end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Research & Engagement

• Map ICPs and buying groups for each event; identify key decision-makers.

• Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, event apps) to drive meeting conversions for Sales.

• Share market and account insights to support Sales/Marketing personalization efforts.

CRM, Data & Reporting

• Pre-event Lead Management: Create campaigns and manage records within CRM and Marketing automation tools. Track all activities and interactions in CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up. Enrich pre-event databases with contact details for key decision-makers.

• Post-Event Lead Management: Collect leads from onsite team, add and clean notes, import and assign in CRM. Create opportunities as advised.

• Lead Aging Management: Ensure that sales actions leads per SLA. Monitor and follow-up.

• Reporting: Create and distribute post-event reports. Share insights.

• Analyze event ROI and deliver actionable post-event insights.

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, manage, and execute global events across US, MENA, UK & Europe.

• Deliver high-impact experiences like executive roundtables, customer dinners, user groups, and roadshows.

• Own end-to-end logistics: venue, vendors, travel, AV, registration, and on-site ops, etc.

• Align event goals to business KPIs, messaging, brand, and pipeline priorities.

Cross-functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Leadership, and vendors to align on goals and deliverables.

• Own vendor sourcing, contracting, and budget negotiation for operational excellence.

• Drive continuous improvement through performance reviews and innovation in event design.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of global event management experience, with exposure to US, UK, MENA, and Europe markets.

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of IT Services and Digital Transformation, with the ability to personalize outreach for industry (BFSI, Retail & Travel, Healthcare, Tech & CME) and persona needs.

• Tool Proficiency: CRM, Marketing Automation, ABM platforms, Social Selling, Social Media Engagement, Content Management & Personalization, Project Management, Data & Insights.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze insights and performance to refine engagement strategies.

• Proven success driving demand, pipeline, and lead conversion through events.

• ABM expertise-comfortable mapping accounts and crafting and executing personalized outreach.

• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Strategic alignment between event execution and sales/marketing outcomes.

• Clear ROI and learnings from every initiative to drive future performance.
