We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Events Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As an Events Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of events from conception to completion, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate conferences, exhibitions, product launches, social events, and more.
Client Liaison: Interact with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, ensuring events are tailored to their expectations.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of required services and materials.
Budget Management: Help in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective event execution.
On-Site Event Management: Supervise and support event set-up and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations during the event.
Logistics Management: Oversee logistical aspects, including venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and catering, ensuring seamless execution.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, production, etc.) to ensure all aspects of the event are aligned.
Post-Event Reporting: Prepare post-event reports, gather feedback, and suggest improvements for future events.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of event management software/tools is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education: A degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with corporate clients or large-scale events.
Knowledge of local vendors, venues, and suppliers.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
