Responsibilities
As an Event Executive, you will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events, including corporate conferences, large-scale employee training sessions, community initiatives, weddings, and private parties
Your expertise will ensure seamless execution from concept to completion
Event Planning & Execution: Lead and oversee events of all sizes, from small meetings of 25 participants to large conferences with 3,000+ attendees, ensuring every detail meets client goals
Event Development & Coordination: Collaborate on every event element, including food and beverage, décor, layouts, audiovisual setups, and activations, to craft memorable experiences
Attendee Management: Handle logistics such as rooming lists, RSVPs, and transportation to ensure smooth and enjoyable guest experiences
Vendor & Venue Sourcing: Assist in selecting and sourcing venues and hotels that meet client needs
Support contract reviews and negotiations to secure the best rates and services
Marketing & Communications Support: Partner with the Marketing and Communications teams to create event materials, including name badges, signage, banners, and collateral, ensuring brand consistency
Budget Tracking & Expense Management: Monitor event expenses, ensuring financials stay on track and client expectations are met
Event Feedback & Reporting: Collect and analyze post-event feedback, reporting on event outcomes and identifying areas for improvement
Employee Programs & Community Engagement: Support employee programs and community events to strengthen the team culture and contribute to company initiatives

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred
• Event Planning Experience: 2+ years of experience managing corporate events, conferences, and employee programs is a plus
• Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple complex projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
