Lifestyle & Events Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle & Events Lead to oversee our events strategy and deliver exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing budgets, scaling business operations, and understanding affluent consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for our events vertical, aligning with our business goals.
• Budget Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and revenue generation for the events team.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify scalable formats and partnerships to expand reach and engagement, while building strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Lifestyle Experiences: Design and deliver high-touch lifestyle experiences, including wellness retreats, cultural immersions, culinary journeys, and art/music events that exceed client expectations.
• Execution and Delivery: Drive end-to-end execution, collaborating with marketing, tech, content, and engagement teams to ensure seamless delivery of events.
• Performance Metrics: Track and optimize performance metrics, including attendance, ROI, profitability, and member satisfaction, to inform future event strategies.
• Monetization Strategies: Develop effective monetization strategies, including sponsorships, memberships, and ticketing, to maximize revenue potential.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in lifestyle events, hospitality, luxury retail, or experiential marketing, with a strong background in managing and scaling P&L.
• Skillset: In-depth understanding of affluent consumer behavior, premium experience design, project management, vendor negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Cultural Fit: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing market trends.
