Job Description
We source all private parties and workshops via our Sip & Pearl website and these details are then on forwarded to each consultant. If a consultant sources a party/workshop themselves, this will increase their commission (see details below).
Consultants are the face and energy of a Sip & Pearl party or workshop, therefore we are looking for confidence and likeable personalities that love to offer the best customer service to each and every participant.
No previous jewellery making skills are required as we provide all training, however a love of being creative would definitely be an advantage to this role.
Consultants form an integral part of our Sip & Pearl team and therefore we look after each and every one by providing:
Comprehensive and personal training, both one on one and in party. (Party training rate is $30 per hour). We also provide a Consultant Training Manual that details absolutely everything Sip & Pearl (this will be discussed at the personal training).
Once training is completed, a very generous payment plan based on 25% of the gross party sale is offered. Based on our average party (12 person Entice party), your commission would be $165 for approximately 2 hours work). In addition, we also offer a generous incentive scheme to increase your commission to 30% if you source the party/booking yourself.
A comprehensive Sip & Pearl kit that includes everything you need to host a successful party, including all the pearls and beads, beading boards, tool kit, tablecloths, etc. This will be detailed in full via training and the Consultant Training Manual.
24/7 support (call/message anytime to ask questions).
Generous bonuses and free jewellery from our main business ‘Shell & Thread’. (Details of these will be outlined in our Consultant Training Manual).
No start up or joining fees are payable.
Please note that every consultant will require an ABN and drivers license.
