ABOUT THE ROLE
The Events & Groups Manager is responsible for handling all event / group enquiries. They are the key contact from enquiry stage to the planning and execution of the event/ group working closely with the operational teams to deliver excellent service. The Events & Groups Manager’s focus will be larger residential / VIP Events & Groups and Special Projects.
ABOUT YOU
• Ideally a minimum of 2-year experience within the 5 London market in Conference & Events
• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Experience working with Opera Sales & Catering System
• Excellent attention to details
• Strong communication skills
• Focused on providing consistently high standards of customer service
