As an intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various corporate events. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
You will also be exposed to the marketing team and work closely with leadership to develop skills and gain experience in the world of hospitality.
In this role, you will:
As an Intern at Actabl, you will be exposed to corporate event planning in our Marketing Department. You will be exposed to logistics, research, event planning, project management, and inventory management.
Typical Functions:
• Event Planning & Scheduling
• Logistics Coordination
• Project Management
• Research
• Inventory Management
• Other duties or functions may be assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• interested in the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, and sponsored events
• has experience working or volunteering at varying types of events
• strong project management and interpersonal skills
• strong writer and communicator
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• natural curiosity and eagerness to learn about the tradeshow industry
• enjoys working remotely
• familiarity with Zoom, G Suite, and Slack is preferred; experience with project management software (like Monday.com, Asana) is a plus
