Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee end-to-end event operations, including event planning, setup, and execution at client site.
• Drive P&L ownership to ensure profitability and cost efficiency in all event projects.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met with excellence and responsiveness.
• Uphold and enforce HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) standards at all event venues.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, professional events.
Experience : 5+ years in event / banquet management
