Events Logistics Coordinator
Feltham
6 Months (Initial Assignment)
£35,000 per Annum
One of our clients is currently searching for an Events Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Feltham!
Responsibilities:
• Support with the planning and execution of a range of events in the UK and Overseas.
• Consult with stakeholders to gather all requirements to deliver the right event solution to meet their objectives.
• Consistently apply and demonstrate our event expertise to our clients.
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers - for sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and onsite event delivery.
• Negotiate rates, terms and conditions on our client's behalf - maximising spend to drive savings without compromising on quality.
• Support with the preparation and management of all event documentation - critical paths, event schedules, staffing grids, running orders, delegate materials.
• Provide on-site support which may include international travel.
• Keep up to date with company and legal guidelines for event health and safety, privacy (e.g., GDPR), and security; and provide guidance to clients.
Skills / Experience
• Proven end-to-end UK and overseas event delivery experience.
• Proven Meeting Technology and Delegate registration knowledge and expertise.
• UK & International venue and destination knowledge.
• Experience using a virtual meeting platform experience (WebEx).
• Previous experience of delivering events for the technology sector.
• Experience using Cvent.
• Previous experience and knowledge of event mobile apps.
• Communication - listening, written, and verbal - able to interpret client objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Ability to react, think on your feet, offer solutions, work across multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
