Job Title: Events & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning & Execution
● Develop and manage the annual event calendar featuring in-store activations, collection launches, styling sessions and brand collaborations.
● Conceptualize events such as designer pop-up showcases, outstation events, styling workshops and influencer previews
● Partner with designers, PR agencies, stylists and media to amplify event visibility
● Oversee all event logistics—budgeting, vendor coordination, merchandising (tagging/floor set up, logistics), guest lists, décor, setup and brand guidelines
● Develop training decks and train the frontline sales team on the designer collection/s being showcased
● Track event ROI through sales uplift, customer attendance, and media/social coverage
2. Marketing & Communications
● Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns for the collections being showcased at the events
● Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, digital activations and influencer/guestlister tie-ups
● Coordinate with the PR agency, social media and digital marketing teams to ensure timely promotion of in-store activities
● Create visually appealing marketing collateral and in-store branding materials aligned with fashion aesthetics
● Monitor competitor activity and market trends to recommend new promotional ideas
3. Merchandising & Visual Merchandising
● Plan for the event floor layouts, mannequin styling and product displays to maximize visibility and storytelling
● Ensure each designer’s identity, color palette and presentation guidelines are executed accurately
● Work with the buying and retail teams to align merchandising strategies with inventory and sales trends
● In store aesthetic and decor for each event Aashni+Co 4. Brand Partner / Vendor Management
● Liaise with fashion brands and designers for event participation, co-branded campaigns and merchandising updates
● Maintain ongoing communication with brand teams regarding stock updates, launch schedules, social media promos and visual directives
● Sourcing and managing vendors based on requirements
5. Reporting & Analysis
● Manage event and marketing budgets efficiently; track spends and outcomes.
● Competitor monitoring and analysis
● Prepare monthly reports covering event metrics, campaign performance, and merchandising insights
● Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine event and merchandising strategies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
